Come sit with me in nature where we will sit and connect our wild voices by writing together. 

Inspired by the magnificent Laurie Wagner from 27 powers. 
I will start by reading an inspirational poem and from a few sentences we will use that as a spring board to write for 15 minutes. We write as fast as we can, pen never leaving the page. By writing so quickly we are able to push past our inner critic and our ego and all the ways we stay trapped in looking good. This gives us a chance to move into a less self-conscious, flowing creative place. No experience required. None of what you write has to be read aloud this is a process and technique we are not looking. at the results. It’s a powerful practice.
