Personalized Custom Name & Date Print

I’m writing this review to warn others about the complete disaster that was my experience with the personalized print. What should have been a simple online purchase turned into months of frustration and wasted time.

The delivery address for my print was incorrect. Initially I was offered a replacement, but they reneged on that offer, Anja decided that since the package was confirmed delivered by the carrier, they were unable to offer a replacement. Only after I contacted FedEx with the tracking number, was it was verified that the delivery address provided was incorrect.

After I communicated this back to them, they said they would send a replacement. After 2 weeks, I requested an update, the tracking information and confirmation of the delivery address. I never received a response. My husband reached out and received a response, stating that they would reach out to the printer for an update. Weeks went by without an update and my husband reached out again. We were finally informed that the replacement print was sent out weeks prior and confirmed delivered by the printer, however we didn’t receive it again. We communicated this back and were informed that they couldn’t send a third replacement and offered a refund. The refund was received.

If a company makes a delivery mistake, they should take responsibility, provide a prompt update and resolve this poor communication with their printer. We got radio silence for weeks, zero accountability and complete disregard for customer service. Save yourself the headache and support another B.C. artist that cares about good customer service.

Bought this as a gift for our friends in the UK who visited BC. Perfect memento of our trip.
