Good for the heart and soul

Anja is a truly gifted soul. Her Kundalini sessions are one of a kind and heart opening. Be prepared to go on a magical journey and touch base with your inner spirit. I am grateful to have had several sessions with Anja and I cherished every single one.

A real treat for body and mind

I really enjoyed Anja’s Kundalini sessions. Anja created a very safe, nurturing and welcoming space for her sessions, either at her place (before COVID) or outside in nature. Her sessions felt grounding, inspiring and liberating. I learned a lot about my body and my mind in her sessions. I really admire Anja’s outstanding commitment to the well-being of her community, her creativity and her love for nature. I can't wait to join one of her sessions again.

Beautifully created kundalini session

I have had a couple of Kundalini sessions with Anja now, and they have been beautifully and thoughtfully put together. One particularly was based on easing anxiety and the breathwork and movement practices were powerful and sensitively used. I felt grounded and a huge relief afterwards - so much so I couldn't stop laughing! Anja's energy is easy going and well tuned, and the pairing of music to breath practices was brilliant. I really enjoyed the body movement to music - a real release for the soul! I'd highly recommend Anja's sessions, if I could I'd do them every week.
