We aim to deliver the goods to you within 14 days of our receipt of your order and clearance of your payment, most of the time it is much sooner than this. However, please allow up to 25 days from our receipt of your order on orders outside of the UK.
FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND.
All Anjajane products will be sent by Royal Mail first class delivery.
For European and international customers an extra paypal invoice will be sent after your order please see below for delivery charges outside the UK
EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS (including countries not within the EU):
Goods will be send Royal Mail First Class, a standard £5.00 paypal invoice will be sent to you after you have placed your order
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside Europe):
For international orders a standard £8.50 paypal invoice will be sent to you after you have placed your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 working days, in its original condition, for a refund or a replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
